Katteli Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the testflows.com website and its subdomains (the “Site”). These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site.

These Terms cover the Site and its content, including documentation, the handbook, and the blog. They do not govern the open-source TestFlows testing framework, which is licensed under its own open-source license in the project source repository. By using the Site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You may not use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with or disrupt it, or copy or commercially exploit its content except as allowed by our Copyright and Content Use notice or the applicable open-source license.

The Site and its content are owned by Katteli Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of that content is subject to our Copyright and Content Use notice.

If you contact us or send us ideas, feedback, or suggestions, you grant Katteli Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to operate and improve our products and services, with no obligation to you. Personal information you provide is handled under our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites and resources that we do not control and are not responsible for. A link is not an endorsement.

5. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is accurate or current.
