# Acceptable Use Policy

Katteli Inc. (“**Katteli**,” “**we**,” “**us**,” or “**our**”)

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “**Policy**”) is part of the
[Terms of Service](/machine/legal/terms-of-service.md). It applies to all use of TestFlows
Machine and related websites, APIs, and clients (the “**Services**”).

You are responsible for activity on your account and for workloads you run.
Helping someone else violate this Policy is itself a violation.

## 1. Intended use

Use the Services only to run, debug, replay, and validate software and related
test artifacts in the deterministic environment we provide, for your
**business** purposes under the Terms of Service. The Services are not
general-purpose compute or hosting.

## 2. Illegal activity

You may not use the Services for any illegal activity.

## 3. Prohibited technical use

Because the Services run virtual machines, you must not use them to direct abuse
at third parties or the wider internet. In particular, you may not use the
Services to:

- create, host, or distribute malware, phishing pages, or botnet
  command-and-control;
- run port scanning, penetration testing, or denial-of-service attacks against
  systems you do not own or have permission to test;
- operate open mail relays, anonymizing proxies, or other services whose use
  gets our addresses blocklisted;
- run cryptocurrency mining or other workloads whose purpose is to consume
  compute rather than to test software;
- store or transmit child sexual abuse material or other content that is illegal
  to possess or host.

## 4. Platform integrity

You may not attack or interfere with our infrastructure or other customers’
use of the Services, bypass Free-tier or billing limits, or abuse our staff.

## 5. Your content

You must have the rights needed for Customer Content you upload or run, and
you are responsible for personal data you place in workloads.

## 6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and decide, in our reasonable judgment,
whether conduct violates this Policy. We may suspend or terminate sessions or
accounts, remove access, and report activity to authorities or payment partners.
We may act without prior notice when risk is urgent.

Report abuse or violations of this Policy to `abuse@testflows.com`.
